Up above:  is shown where large tree banches pierced the roof and we responded immediately to install the  temporary patch before the rains. 

We replace any plywood that has rot or mold with new plywood.

Pipes, Flashings, Chimneys and miscellaneous

Heat stacks through Chimney were leaking. We installed asphalt Roof tape and sealed with NP1 sealants to ensure water tightness.
